Come and experience movement, breath and mindfulness as Starlight Studio curates an hour of self discovery. We will dance our way into poses called a "Star Dance," playfully discover nature with song, and journey to distant lands of imagination with yoga games. The class ends with a calming meditation to help center and reground. The classes are themed and include music, partner poses, visual arts and stories for creative fun. No class on November 3rd & November 24th.
