Students will learn practical and impressive culinary skills from how to prepare colorful veggies for stir fry to how to make homemade tortillas from scratch. While cooking, our enthusiastic instructors weave lessons about everything from biodiversity to food culture through conversation. Our kid-tested recipes and techniques are designed to inspire a lifetime of fun in the kitchen and are shared with families to continue learning at home. We have an exciting new fall menu that is kid-tested and sure to excite your students! Young chefs will be challenged to chop, mix, measure, and create as we cook a variety of delicious dishes together such as: Skillet Granola, Chilaquiles, Soba Noodle Stir Fry, Apple Cider Donuts, Zucchini Fritters,Tres Hermanas Tacos, Broccoli Cheese Risotto, Pasta e Fagiole, Morrocon Couscous, Homemade Stuffing with Apples, Pizza Roll Ups, and more.
