Join Slowfire teacher Ms. Metzli for a fun and engaging art class where students explore a wide variety of creative media—through the lens of all things CUTE! ππ°π In this playful and imaginative series, students will dive into painting, sculpture, ceramics, mixed media, and drawing, all inspired by the adorable and whimsical aesthetics of kawaii art.
Projects are designed to spark creativity while building artistic skills and confidence. Students will use materials such as:
Pencil & Colored Pencil
π¨ Oil Pastels & Watercolor
Acrylic Paint & Ink
𧡠Sculpture, Jewelry, and Ceramics
No prior experience is required! Beginners will develop foundational skills, while returning artists will have opportunities to refine and grow their unique styles. If your child loves pastel palettes, expressive characters, and all things cute, this is the perfect class for them.
There will be no class on October 24th.
