Come and experience movement, breath and mindfulness as Starlight Studio curates an hour of self discovery. We will dance our way into poses called a "Star Dance," playfully discover nature with song, and journey to distant lands of imagination with yoga games. The class ends with a calming meditation to help center and reground. The classes are themed and include music, partner poses, visual arts and stories for creative fun. There will be no class on October 23.
