Kids Yoga is a vibrant and playful class designed to introduce children to the joys and benefits of yoga through engaging poses, breathing exercises, and simple mindfulness practices. Tailored for young yogis, this class incorporates imaginative games, storytelling, and music, making it a fun and interactive way to develop flexibility, strength, and self-awareness. There will be no class on October 14 & October 21.
